PLEASE HAVE YOUR MEMBER ID READY AS MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CONFIRMED AT THE GATE BEFORE HANDING OUT YOUR PASS(ES)!

YOUR PASS(ES) WILL BE VOIDED IF MEMBERSHIP CANNOT BE CONFIRMED - NO REFUND IN SUCH CASES.

Instructions to purchase your ticket(s).

To purchase "Member" ticket you have to be a valid paid member with member ID. Member ID is available on SGCS website. www.seattlegujaratis.org/membership.

  • Select Number of tickets and then enter name, member ID and billing information for each ticket for each day separately.
  • Tickets are valid only for the day it is purchased for.
  • FREE ENTRANCE For kids 5 and under.
  • All tickets will be validated at the venue. SGCS reserve rights to invalidate ticket.
  • “Member” tickets shall be used by qualified family members only. Qualified family members include Husband, wife, young/dependent children, and/or dependent parents staying in one house with same address. If there is a home with multifamily then each family will have to buy ticket(s) separately. Member ticket used by other than qualified family member will be invalidated.
  • Proof of purchase, Hard copy/Electronic is required at the event venue. The proof of purchase must display "QR" bar-code.
  • The bar-code will be scanned at the venue in exchange for wrist band. Wristband will be needed to enter the event hall.
  • Tickets are only sold online and NOT at the gate. 
  • All sales are final. No return, refund or exchanges.
